Master Bathroom Renovation

This master bathroom is an upgrade that consists of a complete gut of the entire space. 
A new color theme was desired in order to bring it to light and a 3D rendering was provided so the client could visualize their space with the exact products and materials before construction began and products were ordered. Providing this 3D rendering eliminated any rework once construction began and saved time!

Florida Kitchen Renovation

Client wanted update original kitchen to a more current look. The original ceiling lights were removed so the ceiling could be exposed; resulting in opening up the kitchen. The renderings provided to the client made it easier for the contractor to execute.

This client was looking to paint the entire interior of their 2192 sqft townhome a similar color scheme to what they already had but needed assistance with finding accent colors for under the chair rail, trim, molding, and a few bathrooms. Additionally, we helped them find a new light fixture for their dining area which adds an elegant touch of warmth to their space.

Shelby Ct Bedroom Remodel

These clients are planning a complete remodel of their master bedroom, which includes enhancing the functionality of the ensuite bathroom and relocating their closet. They sought guidance in developing a layout and design that would meet their needs for this long-term home. To support the project, 3D renderings, along with detailed floor plans and space dimensions, were provided to ensure the contractor has all the necessary information to prepare an accurate estimate and execute the design efficiently.

Shower Upgrade

While the client initially updated the look of the fiberglass shower with new matte black fixtures, they still felt the space required a more significant transformation. As a result, the existing fiberglass shower kit and door were fully removed and replaced with a new shower pan and sliding door. Classic white subway tile was installed from floor to ceiling, complemented by black trim to complete the aesthetic. This renovation not only opened up the space but also achieved the desired modern look, all while staying within budget and aligning with the client’s vision.

Chesapeake In-home Office

This former bedroom, originally painted entirely in white, has been thoughtfully converted into an in-home office optimized for video recordings and daily real estate preparation. The refined wall color is enhanced by accent paneling on the opposite wall, offering a distinctive, stylish touch. Natural wood-toned shelves add warmth to the space while providing a platform for personal decor. The combination of a wood and leather chair introduces an additional layer of texture, standing out as a focal point while remaining cohesive with the overall design of the room.

Coachman Renovation- Concept Design

Every project is special and this project consisted of assisting clients with their generational home. These clients commenced a renovation with their contractor but got stuck on how to proceed forward with the various design options that were going through their minds for all of the main spaces in their home (entryway, "Her" office, hallway bathroom, living room, dining room, a hidden door into the bedroom hallway, previously renovated kitchen, and pantry).

They reached out seeking assistance on a design that reflects their personal style and also incorporates already purchased furniture and some of their generational items that will remain in their home. 

Upon reviewing all of the Pinterest boards that were sent (there were a ton which was helpful in understanding the concept the client was envisioning) and our initial design consultation, a concept design was presented for their forever home that reflects their personal style.
