The discovery call sets the foundation for the design journey, ensuring a seamless and tailored experience from the start.

Typically lasting 1.5–2 hours, this visit allows us to move beyond the initial discovery call and really get to know you, your home, and your goals. We’ll review your design questionnaire, walk through your space together, and talk through what’s working, what isn’t, and what you’d love to see instead. During this time, we also take key measurements and notes so every decision that follows is grounded in your actual space.

This consultation becomes the cornerstone of your design plan, giving you clarity, expert guidance, and a clear next step toward a home you’re excited to come back to. At the end of our time together, we’ll outline recommended services, timing, and potential follow-up so you know exactly how to move forward.

Signing a Service Agreement establishes the terms of the project, including scope, timeline, responsibilities, and payment structure, ensuring clarity and alignment between both parties. A Retainer Fee is collected upfront to secure our time and commitment, allowing work to begin immediately.

No matter which design service you choose, we will seamlessly execute the defined scope of work. From guiding you through material and product selections to creating detailed 3D renderings that bring your vision to life, we ensure every aspect of your project is thoughtfully considered. We also collaborate closely with your contractor to maintain alignment and keep the process running smoothly. Throughout the project, we maintain consistent communication, keeping you informed and ensuring no detail is overlooked.

This final phase marks the realization of your vision. Upon project completion, we may capture professional photographs to showcase the transformation in our portfolio. Shortly after, we will follow up to ensure your satisfaction and address any final details. As part of our commitment to quality service, we remain available for ongoing support and check-ins to simply stay in touch.
